Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received up to February 15, 2019 are eligible to a cancellation fee 30.00 EUR
- Cancellations received after February 15 will not be refunded
NB! Please send cancellations to ticketing
converia[pnkts]de. You will get a case number and can track each step of the process. Please add in the emails an information about the cancellations conditions (current cancellation fee in Converia vs. a gesture of goodwill). We take on the communication with the participant.
! Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded
Data use agreement
With registration, the participant agrees to the usage of his data by the organisation committee.
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Agreement can be revoked informally by writing an email to: conferencersu[pnkts]lv
Legal basis

The organiser and their authorised representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organizers. Latvian law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Riga, Latvia.
